We have all felt some aspect of betrayal by someone we trusted, disappointed by our own actions, or emotionally challenged by a situation that we could not change. What do you need to let go? Who do you need to forgive? What is stopping you from moving forward? It takes deep spiritual practice with an open heart of LOVE. Know who you really are...and that is DIVINE LOVE. FORGIVENESS is a fresh start to a new beginning. What does it take to FORGIVE?

 

-A compassionate heart

-Reflect love

-Evolve spiritually

REAL HAPPINESS: WHERE CAN I FIND IT?

How can you be more present in your life? Being PRESENT is truly a gift of life. Living in Love helps you create better relationships and increase your enjoyment of life. Reflect on the following:

                               -Do you find yourself reliving the past and thinking more about the future?
            -Do you find yourself constantly immersed in negative thought patterns and negative self-talk?
                -Can you let things be as they are and not how you wish they would have been?
                                         -Can you learn, improve and grow from life experiences?

Each moment we are creating our lives with our thoughts and feelings. Vision a new life for yourself. Release yourself from the drama of daily life. Follow your breath. Be aware of how you are engaging with yourself and your surroundings. Ground yourself by focusing on the present sensations of scent, sight, hearing, taste, and touch. Be with the flow of life.  LOVE is the key.

 PATIENCE AND NATURE

 "Connecting with nature is enriching and helps us realize our Oneness with all that is"

Patience is an ingredient in the Recipe of Love. Being Patient helps us maintain a more positive outlook on life, reduce stress, and make better decisions. Being Patient can help us tune in and hear our inner voice.  Nature teaches us lessons in Patience and the ebb and flow of life. Spending time in nature is like cleansing and purifying ourselves with fresh air and sunshine.  
Give yourself a break. Flow with life. Make it a point to connect with nature and reflect on the following questions:

                                                  -Do you observe your surroundings?
                                                  -Do you have a favorite season? If so, why?
                      -Have you ever taken a walk in the woods or along the ocean and felt fully refreshed?
                                                  -Do you pay attention to the tiniest creatures of nature?
                                                  -Do you recognize the energies of totems that appear in life?
            -Disconnect from all technology and take time to experience nature. How did it make you feel?

Forgiveness heals the heart and soul. It frees us from the burdens of life that weighs us down. It frees us from the constant negative self-talk that reinforces guilt, shame, and unworthiness.  As D.
