How can we be Gentle with ourselves? How can we treat ourselves well? We are always talking to ourselves. Many of those thoughts are judgemental and critical. Lighten up and be Gentle with yourself. Everytime you think about youself, use a loving word. Adopt an affirmation or "My LOVE MANTRA" to interrupt a negative thought such as "I AM LOVE".  "I AM WORTHY" .


We are all doing the best we can but it is up to us to break the patterns and chains of old and outworn thoughts.  YOU deserve it! Nurture and care for yourself with Love and Self-Compassion using these tips:

"Love is a universal energy and divine capacity. As we ativate the love within, the expression of the energy of love creates an atmosphere in which another person's growth process may be reactivated and love released" -Eric Butterworth

How we express ourselves in our daily lives have a dramatic impact on the well-being of ourselves and others. It can leave a negative first impression and lasting effect. As stated by Henry Drummond, we are inclined to look upon bad temper as a very harmless weakness. We speak of it as a mere infirmity of nature, a matter of temperament, not a things to take into very serious account in estimating a man's character. And yet here, right in the heart of the analysis of love, it finds a place... Condemn it as one of the most destructive elements of nature".

Good Temper is truly caring for ourselves in a loving way. The energy of anger lingers in our energy feel and is hard to shake. Be the highest expression of LOVE with GOOD TEMPER. Take the time to be with yourself in a loving way. It will impact your presence in the outer world.

Honor yourself and be accountable. Prioritize your needs, clarify what you value, and care for yourself. Give yourself space. It may be uncomfortable at times but it takes courage. Free yourself from fear, guilt and disappointment. When you do not set healthy boundaries it leads to anger and resentment. Your happiness depends upon it! FREEDOM is exhiliarating with the chance to experience life with an open heart. When are hearts are open we are more Loving. Freedom can be inhibited by being trapped in the past, trapped in stories, trapped in situations that are not aligned with our highest good; and trying to rise up  or stand down to meet expectations of others or    It takes courage to be Free but the benefits are life-changing. LET GO AND FLOW

Do you struggle against the flow of life? How do you approach obstacles on your path? Are you holding on too tight to the reins of life? 

Life is a series of natual and spontaneous changes and we may not know where these changes may lead. When we are stuck on our path, we cannot grow and fully experience life. The river is always moving forward, over boulders and obstacles with other bodies of water including tributaries, waterfalls, and other bodies of water joining in the flow.  As we move with grace and ease on our path, learning to surrender to the flow of life and let go is paramount to our mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Flowing like the river, we flourish in life and this helps us achieve and realize the following:

 -FREEDOM

 -GOODNESS

BE TRUE TO YOURSELF

"To be true to yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment " -Ralph Waldo Emerson

What to you admire about youself? Are you doing what is best or you? What are your core beliefs that guide your life? Self-knowledge is empowering. We spend so much time in the external world that we may not take the time to really get to know ourselves. Most of the time we are focused on the voice of the inner self-critic that is harsh and judgemental. Hold yourself in admiration. Be gentle with yourself and Lovingly get to know yourself in different ways. Pay attention to how you feel, what you are telling yourself and hence... actions that are in harmony with what makes you feel good. When we are Sincere and Truthful with ourselves, we are more Sincere and Truthful with others. Here are some suggestions:

 

-Know your worth

-Trust your intuition

-Nurture your inner child

-Develop your support system

INVEST IN YOURSELF: YOU ARE WORTHY

So many people feel unworthy, incomplete and not good enough. We get programmed from childhood and societal beliefs that breed faulty beliefs of unworthiness. Desperately trying to meet the approval and expecations of ourselves and others, we become depleted. The accomplishments and achievements of desired goals are not enough and we strive on to do more. Just "Be" and know that you are enough. You deserve your own love and know that WORTHINESS is your birthright. Release struggle and connect to your inner self.  Loving and caring for ourselves is loving and caring for others. These are suggestions:

When we truly Live and Love with our whole hearts, we become more aware of ourselves in the context of relationships with our family, community, and the world around us. Embrace the fullness of life by Living and Loving Wholehearted. These are steps:
